PORTHOS is an interspinous fixation device intended to provide supplemental posterior stabilization at the treated spinal segment. The implant is secured in place using bilateral bone screws that anchor through the device body into adjacent spinous processes, providing a rigid posterior tension band. The serrated body surface is designed to resist migration once seated.
